Kirsty Tifft

Kirsty is a business psychologist and qualified chartered accountant specialising in career development and change coaching. She works with senior and middle management clients, primarily in the private sector (finance and professional services.) She is a member of the British Psychological Society, the Association for Coaching, the Association for Business Psychology, and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.

Prior to retraining as a psychologist (MSc City University 2011) Kirsty spent 20+ years working in blue chip financial services companies, in the UK and USA, with experience in accounting, internal and external audit, operational risk, and human resource management. As a result her coaching practice incorporates a practical understanding of the dynamics at play in professionally demanding work environments.

In addition to helping people develop their careers, Kirsty is also a trained bereavement counsellor. She is experienced in supporting people through loss and bereavement and understands the impact grief can have on all aspects of a person’s life, including work performance.
