We deliver executive coaching and training that improves leadership, resilience and business effectiveness.
Who do we help?
We are generally commissioned by HR departments, L&D specialists or senior managers to help develop their people and enhance workplace performance. We recognise there is a demand from many in the workplace for top quality executive coaching, and our expert psychologists have worked with clients across a wide range of industries from professional services to banking, FMCG, manufacturing, utilities, public sector, charities, dentists and teachers.
What do we do?
We are fully trained coaches and psychologists who specialise in executive coaching.
What truly sets us apart is that we are pioneers in the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in coaching and workplace training. ACT has over 100 randomised control trials demonstrating its effectiveness across a huge range of outcomes, including workplace productivity and wellbeing.
ACT has been described as the future of executive coaching because of its ability to help people develop meaning and purpose, whilst being less controlled by short-term thoughts and feelings. In terms of results, it is the ability to be focused on key tasks whilst feeling negative emotions that drives better performance and reduces distress (see Gardner and Moore, 2008).
We believe ACT is essential for effective coaching, so it is integrated into all our services. But we also think ACT is essential for any internal coach, business psychologist or people professional who wants to deepen their coaching skills.
We therefore offer two ACT-consistent coaching and training services:
