Dr. Mike Steger is Assistant Professor in the Counseling Psychology and Applied Social Psychology programs at Colorado State University.

His work includes developing a measure of meaning in life researching the foundations and benefits of living a meaningful life. In addition, he has published research on factors related to achieving well-being, how people adjust to traumatic life events, and social influences on depression. He is the co-editor of the forthcoming book Designing the Future of Positive Psychology from Oxford University Press.

Martine Renoux is a psychotherapist with wide experience of brief and long-term therapy, training, recruitment and consultancy in the public and voluntary sectors. She specialises in long term and brief therapy with individuals and couples presenting a broad range of issues.

Katrina Keverne is a great friend of The Career Psychologist. Kat specialises in a range of assessment and selection solutions. She’s brilliant at Assessment Centre design and delivery, and has managed a number of large scale recruitment rounds as well as development programmes, developmental coaching, training and feedback delivery.

RachelAvery of Goldsmiths University is an expert in designing quantitative and qualitative research within organisations. She ensures that research projects are conducted with scientific rigour. Basically, don’t mess with Rachel. Her academic specialism is in selection and motivation.

Dan Harrison is a specialist in data and data analytics. But he’s still surprisingly entertaining to have a drink with. Dan specialises in spreadsheet modelling and data analytics and enjoys being involved in the entire all the time and is brilliant at it.
