Due to changes at work, I was looking at what I actually wanted to do and the types of organisations I wanted to work for. I completed a NEO-PI-R personality questionnaire to assist me. To be honest, I was slightly apprehensive but I have to say that the results were really interesting. I would recommend it to anyone wanting more direction in their professional life.
